One thing I'd suggest is to not make any definitive statements like "keep your head facing forward and your back straight". These are things that will naturally happen when someone gets better at throwing; instead they should focus more on the mechanics of the throw itself - snapping your wrist to get spin on the disc, turning your body as you throw, etc. Let me know if there are any specific videos you'd like to see and I'll put them on my list to film!
